Just some advice before getting a dietitian or nutritionist I would go to your pcp and get a full panel of blood work done just to see if everything is normal. Then they can kind of give you better advice on what you may need more or less of in your diet.❤

McKenna, if you want to tone up but not necessarily lose weight you can continue to eat as normal but increase your protein intake. Prioritize higher protein foods in your day to day and add resistance training to your workouts. Cardio is good our heart (and mental health) but doing solely cardio is not going to get you toned. You can use resistance bands and/or weights. While trying to tone you’ll likely replace fat with muscle and we can’t spot reduce fat so your yitty’s and booty may get a little smaller but you’ll be tighter all around!
